What shipping options are available?

All U.S. orders are shipped USPS Media Mail (7-10 business days). If you would like another shipping option, please call us at +1 412-736-7840. A tracking number will be provided via email at the time of shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package to its final destination. We are not responsible for packages that are awaiting pickup at post offices and requiring recipient's action.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to most countries outside the United States. Orders are shipped USPS First-Class International mail. In some cases, only International Priority Mail is available. Please see shipping rates at Checkout. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and any other related fees.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

Do you offer payments on installments?

All payments are due at checkout. However, we offer churches and bookstores a 30-day payment/invoice option. Please call us to place your order.
